Clients’ Servicing Calendar

We deliver services to our clients every working day from 8.30 a.m. till 6.30 p.m., but our clients can get in touch with us 24/7 by calling our Client Line. In this calendar, we have summarized exceptions in client servicing schedule taking into account holidays and days off in other countries and on Exchanges.

National holidays and holidays on global stock exchanges that have impact on ABLV work order:

Country code	The country in the national currency of which the payment is performed	If the payment value date appears to be a holiday in the beneficiary/intermediary bank or the payment system via which the payment is executed, or the day appearing to be a holiday in the country issuing the payment currency, the Bank will execute the payment order on the first following working day of the Bank, beneficiary/intermediary bank, or payment system. The Bank may set special procedure for executing the payments on such days.

CME	New York Stock Exchange	CME GLOBEX Trading does not perform any transactions.

OBS	the day officially announced to be a holiday where a public holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday.
