On Changes in Rates and Charges

Please be informed that changes have been introduced in the Rates and Charges on services of ABLV Bank, AS in liquidation (hereinafter – the Company).

On 11 July 2022, the following changes will enter into effect:

  • a commission fee of parties involved in the execution of incoming payments shall be introduced if the jurisdiction of the payer’s credit institution is included in the list of countries with heightened sanctions risk. It shall be applied in the amount of its actual cost, determined by the credit institution servicing the Company’s current account;
  • a commission fee for legal entities shall be introduced for consideration of untimely-submitted authorization documents of the Creditor’s Representative. A fee of 300 EUR (excluding VAT) shall be applied if authorization documents are submitted later than three months after the expiry of the previous power of attorney;
  • the procedure of withholding the fee for sale of financial instruments at open auctions is specified for the cases, when the cash account balance is not sufficient for withholding the fee;
  • increased commission fees for business loans.

In turn, on 11 August 2022, the following changes will enter into effect:

  • increased commission fee for statements, overviews or excerpts, courier mail;
  • the interest rate on the capital use for the negative account balance shall be amended;
  • increased commission fees for mortgage loans and insurance;
  • a new commission fee shall be introduced for issuing copies of documents connected with mortgage loans.

The new Rates and Charges shall be available in Internet-bank and on the Company’s website www.ablv.com.
