We kindly ask the clients to evaluate the need for a face-to-face visit

Due to measures intended to reduce the prevalence of COVID-19 coronavirus, we urge the clients to thoroughly evaluate the need for a face-to-face visit to ABLV Bank, AS in liquidation (hereinafter — the Company). Instead of that, we recommend you to use digital services these days — to make commitment payments by means of transfer, to use our Client line +371 6777 5555, Internetbank or post to communicate with the Company. The work of the Company is continuing at full scale, with only face-to-face contacts being limited in order to observe general precautions intended to limit the spread of the virus.

The Company informs that starting from 18 March:

  • Face-to-face meetings at the Company's headquarters (Building 1, 7 Skanstes Street, Riga) are cancelled.
  • It is possible to submit paper documents at the Company's headquarters (Building 1, 7 Skanstes Street, Riga), leaving them with the security guard on duty. In this case, the documents must be placed in an envelope, indicating the sender and the recipient on it. Envelopes are available on site, at the mailbox. It should be taken into consideration that all the correspondence will be processed on the next working day following its receipt at the Company's headquarters.
  • Regarding services that cannot be accessed without face-to-face contact (signing of commitment agreements, certification of copies), please refer to your private banker or call our Client line at +371 6777 5555.

In addition, we remind you that from 1 April 2020 the working hours of the Company will change. Servicing of clients and creditors and rendering of cash services will be available:

  • from Monday to Thursday — from 9:00 to 17:00;
  • on Fridays — from 9:00 to 14:00.
