Aizkraukles Banka will give 5,000 lats to the best property broker

This year, within the Competition «Atziniba» (Recognition) organised by the Latvian Real Estate Association (LANIDA), Aizkraukles Banka will issue a cheque for 5,000 LVL to the winner in the nomination «LANIDA Best Broker 2006».

The cheque may be used in Aizkraukles Banka over two years to cover costs related to charges for preparing credit documentation.

The aim of the Competition is to raise the rating of the property broker’s profession

The LANIDA Competition is aimed at raising the rating of the property broker’s profession, focusing public attention on setting high quality standards in the property market, as well as organising a special professional event for people engaged in a very complicated business.

Considerable growth of the volume of mortgage loans advanced by Aizkraukles Banka

In the Latvian market, Aizkraukles Banka specialises in lending, mortgage lending in particular. Until early September this year, Aizkraukles Banka has issued mortgage loans to the amount of LVL 287.69 million, including LVL 243.47 million in housing loans, which is by 59% than at the beginning of this year.
