Considering interest that our customers have in using legal entities for protecting and managing their assets, we developed a separate line of our business — rendering of such services to our customers or referring them to the bank’s long-term cooperation partners that provide said services.
We have extensive experience in establishing and managing different legal entities. Examples of them are foreign holdings, commercial enterprises that deal with trading or provide services, charitable foundations, investment funds and entities designated for asset protection, including foundations and trusts.
We also provide legal assistance, advice on tax issues, and help investors acquire residence permits in Latvia.
