Starting from 6 August 2012, changes in normative documents of ABLV Emerging Markets Bond Fund, ABLV Global ETF Bond Fund, and ABLV High Yield CIS Bond Fund become effective, due to changes in the laws and other regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

The major changes are listed below.

• There are new documents developed, containing basic information about funds ABLV Emerging Markets Bond Fund, ABLV Global ETF Bond Fund, and ABLV High Yield CIS Bond Fund – basic information for investors, which will substitute the funds’ short prospectuses used before

• The description of investment objective and structure of the abovementioned funds has been amended
• Additional information on risks pertaining to operations of the abovementioned funds has been included
