Representative offices

Moscow office is located in the city centre – at Ivanovskaya Gorka (one of the 7 hills of Moscow), which, being a part of Bely Gorod, is a kind of architectural reserve. Closeness to Boulevard Ring, Solyanka and Maroseyka streets allows reaching the representative office quickly and easily.

In St. Petersburg, the representative office is situated in the historic part of the city, in business centre Apollo, near the Spit of Vasilyevsky Island and the Peter and Paul Fortress. Due to convenient traffic connections, it does not take a long time to reach our office.

Office in Yekaterinburg is located in the heart of the city, in a respectable business centre Senat. It is close to the historical, cultural and administrative centre of the city, has convenient access and guest parking.

  • Deposit-secured overdraft in a few minutes

    Our client, who works in oil and gas industry, is engaged in delivery of drilling equipment and geologic exploration. Once before a long holiday period in Russia, he needed to pay salaries to the staff of his Russian company.

    • At that time, the funds for settlements with employees had been spent, and the partners failed to pay to the company according to the terms agreed.

      Business ethics didn’t allow our client to leave few dozen employees without salary especially just before public holidays, so he turned to us for help.

    • Because the client had signed a deposit agreement, we could offer him an overdraft secured by funds on his deposit, and within few minutes everything was arranged. According to the client’s order we transferred money to Russia, and his employees got paid on time. The client was really happy with such an effective decision and the fact that the company did not dissatisfy its employees.

  • The deal without any cause for worry

    Our client from Moscow picked out an apartment in Riga, which she planned to buy. She did not know the seller, so she asked us to help her with registration of the deal.

    • We organized a bank meeting with the client, the apartment seller and our representative. To close the deal successfully the parties agreed to use the escrow account through which our client was able to buy the chosen apartment without any worry. The seller was also satisfied with the payment procedure, because the escrow account supported his interests as well.

    • Since our client became the owner of real estate in Latvia, we also proposed to arrange the residence permit in Latvia for her family that would allow them to travel freely in the European Union. Within a few weeks this issue was successfully fixed, and our client’s confidence in our bank strengthen even more.
